Privacy Statement

EOV6 (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a call-center and compliance automation platform. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and secure your information when you use our services and platform (the “Services”).

1. Scope

This statement applies to our customers (organizations and their users) and to individuals whose data we process while providing the Services. It does not cover any separate privacy notices our customers may provide to their own clients.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & Organization Setup: names, email addresses, organization name, roles, and related contact details.
  • Service Usage: session codes and status, timestamps, acknowledgement records, feature toggles (e.g., Allow Uploads, Translate Unlimited), and minimal metadata about caller details that you choose to capture.
  • Uploads (optional): if enabled by your organization, files (e.g., PDFs or images) are stored per session and deleted according to our session-cleanup schedule.
  • Billing: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, cycle, and seats. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
  • Support & Communications: messages you send to us for help or feedback.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device and browser information, and diagnostic logs.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and support the Services you request.
  • Authenticate users and administer organizations and seats.
  • Process subscriptions and billing via Stripe.
  • Maintain security, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
  • Communicate updates, notices, and support responses.
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, payments, analytics) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards; where required by law; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

5. Retention & Deletion

  • Accounts & Billing: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
  • Sessions & Uploads: session data is ephemeral. We hard-delete sessions on explicit end and also purge expired sessions via an automated cleanup job that runs at least once daily. Uploads linked to sessions are deleted with the session.

6. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; risks remain on the internet.

7. Your Rights (Australia)

Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to lawful retention requirements. Contact us using the details below.

8. International Transfers

Our cloud infrastructure may process data outside Australia. We use reasonable measures to ensure appropriate protections are in place for such transfers.
